Refund Policy
This is a legally binding document that is meant to establish the legal relations between you and your customers regarding how and if you will provide them with a refund. Exceptions of my policy must be due to extenuating circumstances, and will still be honored or denied under my approval.
This is a professional therapeutic environment. Inappropriate behavior, comments, or advances of any kind will result in immediate termination of the session, full payment due, and refusal of future services.
Courtesy & Policy
We kindly ask that you provide us with at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. If you cancel or reschedule with less than 24 hours notice, a fee of $35 will be charged. No-shows will be charged the full-service fee.
