*Wellness Tip: Think about your posture throughout the day. Think about how you sleep. Getting an ergonomic chair for work and a hard pillow for sleep to stabilize the neck and back are two simple ways to help reduce musculature issues in these areas.

I am originally from Massachusetts. I moved here in 2024 and have been a therapist for almost 5 years now.

I specialize in deep tissue & lymphatic drainage and have helped hundreds of clients achieve their goals of wellness, function and mobility.

The goal of every session is to first gain a thorough understanding of what’s driving your symptoms. Treatment is then customized using the most appropriate combination of techniques and modalities. We’ll conclude by developing a strategic plan that keeps us aligned with your long-term objective—your North Star.

Cupping Therapy
Hot Stone Massage

During the treatments

Cupping, gua-sha, hot stones, and red light therapy are all included in your service, if you so choose.

Cupping draws blood to the surface to heal affected areas. Our blood has healing proteins, nutrients, and oxygen which help the muscles heal and recover.

Gua sha is a traditional Chinese medicine technique that involves scraping the skin with a smooth-edged tool to stimulate blood flow and promote healing. It can help with muscle pain, tension, and inflammation.

Hot stones penetrate deeply into the muscles due to the heat, aiding in muscle relaxation and release of tension. They also promote circulation by dilating blood vessels, which can help alleviate pain and inflammation.

Red Light Therapy works by stimulating cell activity and increasing blood flow, potentially leading to improved collagen production, reduced inflammation, and accelerated wound healing.

*Wellness Tip:

Hydrate Regularly! Drink at least 10 glasses of water a day for optimal hydration.

*Wellness Tip:

Massage is most effective when it's part of a maintenance routine, not just a response to pain. Addressing minor tension early can help prevent larger issues from developing.
